JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CÁRDENAS GUASIMOS Y ANDRÉS BELLO

En el día de hoy, 08 de ABRIL de dos mil once, siendo las nueve y media de la mañana, comparecen por ante este Despacho los ciudadanos: MARIA ELIZABETH CHACON MORA Y EDWIN DAVID ALVAREZ BLANCO, Venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros. V- 19.359.523 y V-16.777.110 con el carácter acreditado en autos, y progenitores del niño(a)s, hermanos, adolescente(omitido por art.65 LOPNA), para celebrar ACTO CONCILIATORIO seguidamente el demandado de autos, expone: ME COMPROMETO A PASAR COMO OBLIGACION DE MANUTENCION PARA MI HIJO LA SUMA DE SEISCIENTOS (Bs. 600,oo) BOLIVARES MENSUALES, DICHA SUMA SE LA DARE A PARTIR DEL MES DE ABRIL DEL 2011, ENTRE EL OCHO Y EL DIEZ DE CADA MES, Y SE LOS DEPOSITARE EN EL BANCO SOFITASA, Y UNA CUOTA IGUAL Y ADICIONAL PARA LOS MESES DE SEPTIEMBRE Y DICIEMBRE PARA GASTOS ESCOLARES Y NAVIDEÑOS, O SEA QUE EN ESTOS MESES LE DARE MIL DOSCIENTOS BOLIVARES, Y EN CUANTO A LOS GASTOS MEDICOS SERAN COMPARTIDOS ENTRE LOS DOS, EN UN 50%. Es todo. En este estado se le concede el derecho de palabra a la parte demandante quien expone: ESTOY DE ACUERDO CON LO OFRECIDO POR EL PADRE DE MI HIJ0. En consecuencia, visto el acuerdo formulado por las partes, este JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CARDENAS, GUASIMOS Y ANDRES BELLO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA, EN UN TODO ACUERDO CON EL ARTÍCULO 375 DE LA LEY ORGANICA PARA LA PROTECCIÓN DEL NIÑO Y DEL ADOLESCENTE, LE IMPARTE A LA CONCILIACIÓN SUSCRITA ENTRE LAS PARTES SU HOMOLOGACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTE, POR LO CUAL SE TENDRÀ CON FUERZA EJECUTORIA.- SE HACE DEL CONOCIMIENTO DE LAS PARTES, QUE LA OBLIGACION DE MANUTENCION AQUÍ FIJADA SE INCREMENTARA ANUALMENTE DE ACUERDO A LA INFLACION Y A LOS IPC, EMITIDOS POR EL BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA.
