Asimismo, se decreta MEDIDA DE EMBARGO PREVENTIVO sobre el CINCUENTA (50%) POR CIENTO de las acciones, es decir sobre la cantidad de SESENTA Y CINCO MIL (65.000) acciones, que forman parte del capital de la Sociedad Mercantil TRANSPORTE Y SERVICIO A.M.A., C.A., la cual se encuentra debidamente inscrita en el registro Mercantil de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Vargas, en fecha 27 de agosto del año 2007, anotado bajo el Nº 66, Tomo 20-A, por todo lo antes expuesto, esta Jueza ordena oficiar a la Dirección del Instituto Nacional de Transito Terrestre (INTT) y a la Dirección del Servicio Autónomo de Registro y Notaria (SAREN), informando sobre las presentes Medidas, haciendo la salvedad que además de prohibición de enajenar y gravar los bienes antes identificado, sobre los mismos no se permitirá ninguna transacción que implique la transmisión o traspaso de propiedad, a los fines de que se tomen las acciones que correspondan.
