Se declara PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA interpuesta por el ciudadano JOSÉ ALEXANDER RUIZ ACOSTA en contra de la sociedad mercantil GUTIÉRREZ PROTECCIÓN Y SEGURIDAD, GUPROSE C. A. por cobro de diferencias de prestaciones sociales y otros conceptos laborales. SEGUNDO: SE CONDENA a la sociedad mercantil GUTIÉRREZ PROTECCIÓN Y SEGURIDAD, GUPROSE C. A. pagar al demandante ciudadano JOSÉ ALEXANDER RUIZ ACOSTA la cantidad de CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS MIL TRESCIENTOS DOS BOLIVARES CON VEINTE CENTIMOS (Bs. 186.302,20.).
