PRIMERO: SE DECLARA CON LUGAR la demanda que por COBRO DE BOLÍVARES POR EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE INTIMACIÓN, intentó el BANCO PROVINCIAL S.A., BANCO UNIVERSAL representado por los Abogados JORGE ANTONIO CASTELLANOS GALVIS, CARLOS EMILIO CASTELLANOS CARREÑO, MARJORIE PATRICIA MATTUTAT MUÑOZ, PEDRO GERARDO PINEDA CÁRDENAS, TEÓFILO SEGUNDO BRAVO OSTOS y ROSAURO JOSÉ SILVA FIGUEROA; contra la empresa SKATEL C.A. representada por su Presidente JUAN RICARDO CONTRERAS HERNANDEZ con el carácter de deudora, y contra el ciudadano JUAN RICARDO CONTRERAS HERNANDEZ con el carácter de fiador principal y aval de todas las obligaciones a cargo de SKATEL C.A.
