este JUZGADO DEL MUNICIPIO CORDOBA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE AUMENTO DE LA PENSION solicitada por la madre YAMILE DURAN RAMON a favor de la adolescente MARIA MERCEDES SERRANO DURAN , en contra de ANGEL MARIA SERRANO BECERRA, en consecuencia se establece: PRIMERO: Se fija la suma de CUARENTA Y SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS BOLIVARES (Bs. 46.500.00) como AUMENTO DE LA PENSION DE ALIMENTOS, para un total de CIENTO SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS BOLIVARES (Bs. 106.500.00) mensual, SEGUNDO: En cuanto a la cuota extraordinaria del mes de AGOSTO se mantiene lo acordado en la sentencia anterior, el padre comprará los útiles y la madre los uniformes a su hija antes identificada.
