Este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SAN CRISTÓBAL Y TORBES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TÁCHIRA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley emite los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda de Desalojo De Vivienda, interpuesta por la ciudadana MARÍA DE JESÚS CHACÓN DE REY, venezolana, mayor de edad, viuda, titular de la cédula de identidad No. V-247.015, debidamente representada por la ABOGADA DORIS ZULEIMA RAMÍREZ ROJAS, NELLY RAMIREZ DE CHACÓN y MARÍA TRINIDAD LARA RINCÓN inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el No. 162.999, en contra de la ciudadana NILDA ESTRELLA CASTRO MENDOZA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. V-9.232.116, por Necesidad Del Inmueble. SEGUNDO: SE ORDENA a la ciudadana NILDA ESTRELLA CASTRO MENDOZA, ya identificada, a hacer entrega del inmueble dado en arrendamiento a la ciudadana MARÍA DE JESÚS CHA.....
