En consecuencia este JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS JUNIN Y RAFAEL URDANETA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: La confesión ficta del demandado: JORGE ELIAS BAEZ OCARIZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 3.007.382. SEGUNDO: CON LUGAR la demanda incoada por la Ciudadana TERESA DE JESÚS CASTELLANOS PARADA en contra del Ciudadano JORGE ELIAS BAEZ OCARIZ por motivo de COBRO DE DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS POR ACCIDENTE DE TRÁNSITO. TERCERO: Se condena al demandado al pago de la cantidad de UN MILLÓN DE BOLÍVARES (Bs. 1.000.000,00), más el 30 % de las costas equivalentes a TRESCIENTOS MIL BOLÍVARES (Bs. 300.000,00) para un total de UN MILLÓN TRESCIENTOS MIL BOLÍVARES (Bs. 1.300.000,00).
