POR LOS FUNDAMENTOS EXPUESTOS PREVIAMENTE, ESTE TRIBUNAL DE PRIMERA INSTACIA EN FUNCIONES DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL CON COMPETENCIA EN DELITOS DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER, DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE:-------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIMERO: SE ADMITEN COMO NUEVAS PRUEBAS de conformidad a lo establecido en los artículos 333 y 342 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, las testimoniales y las documentales promovidas por la defensa técnica del hoy acusado JAVIER ALEXANDER GALEANO, descritas ut supra, por considerarlas útiles, necesarias y pertinentes-------------------------------------------------------- SEGUNDO: NO SE ADMITEN como nuevas pruebas, la prueba grafo técnica de un escrito emanado de la adolescente M.B.G.C (CUYA IDENTIDAD SE OMITE DE CONFORMIDAD AL PARÁGRAFO SEGUNDO DEL ARTICULO 65 DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA .....
