DECLARA PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA interpuesta por la ciudadana NORA DEL CARMEN MORALES PLATA, asistida por el abogado FELIPE ORESTERES CHACÓN MEDINA, en contra del ciudadano ALÍ DE JESÚS CONTRERAS COLMENARES, plenamente identificados, en consecuencia: PRIMERO: SE DECLARA LA EXISTENCIA DE LA RELACIÓN CONCUBINARIA entre los ciudadanos ALÍ DE JESÚS CONTRERAS COLMENARES y NORA DEL CARMEN MORALES PLATA, la cual tuvo vigencia desde el año 1.983 hasta enero del año 2.004. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 274 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
