DISPOSITIVO Con base a los razonamientos anteriormente expuesto, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO LA GUAIRA, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la demanda incoada por los ciudadanos RICHARD MARCELO RAMOS PAZ ANTONIO CECILIO MACHADO FERNÁNDEZ, venezolanos, titulares de las cédulas de identidad números: V-4.557.003 y V-5.975.633, respectivamente, en contra la Entidad de Trabajo Sociedad Mercantil COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA SEGUROS CATATUMBO, por Cobro de Prestaciones Sociales y otros Derechos. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas. A partir del día hábil siguiente a la publicación del texto íntegro del fallo, comenzará a transcurrir el lapso para que las partes ejerzan el recurso que les concede la Ley, si lo consideran pertinente. CÚMPLASE, REGISTRASE, PUBLÍQUESE, Y DÉJESE COPIA DE LA ANTERIOR DECISIÓN.
